A CRM so smart, it updates itself.
HubSpot's CRM is so smart, it now updates itself. Calls get logged and summarized the moment they end. New leads get researched and a first outreach drafted, automatically. Deals move forward on their own, with next steps flagged before you have to ask.
Even the one repetitive task you've been meaning to fix can now run itself, no code required. Customers using it are already seeing the difference.
This isn't the CRM you have to work hard to figure out. It's the one already working before you log in.
I can’t remember a time when I didn’t love reading, which is ironic given that I clearly remember when I could not read. I was a late reader and an early memorizer, convincing more than one person that I was able to read my favorite nursery rhyme book.
Books have expanded my world, created my favorite hobby (thinking), served as a coping mechanism and my friends.
My favorite reading skews toward fiction. These days I listen to business books and read stories but even this is a bit misleading, as I really listen to all my reading. As an auditory learner I hear the words when I read (and I hear them in the authors voice or what I imagine the authors voice to be if I do not know - which has proven a bit awkward when I meet people after reading a lot of their work).
Those who follow Jess on her Substack or LinkedIn already know what an amazing writer she is. Her work is so beautifully written and honest it stands way above most bloggers who challenge my thinking. Jess also challenges my feeling.
I was not at all surprised to learn that she comes from a writing heritage and began her writing journey for her daughters.
What you might not know about me is that I somehow got into a side gig of reviewing book drafts. When Jess mentioned she was looking for people to read an early draft and give honest feedback of course my hand shot up so fast I almost hurt myself.
From the first moment I started reviewing the draft I knew that this book was different than your run of the mill business book. It’s honest in a way that makes you uncomfortable and yet optimistic about the future in a way that we all need.
I am honored to call Jess a friend and I cannot wait for you to read (or listen - coming soon) to her book. It will change you for the better.
